On Location

While we love the comforts of our little studio, it is always exciting when a shoot allows us to venture out into the big wide world, especially when it takes us to gorgeous location houses such as Ham House in Wiltshire.

To provide a stylish, contemporary setting for their bespoke furniture, we took The Dormy House a little out of their comfort zone to shoot a selection of their best-selling products; and we are pleased to say the results were deeply loved! By using a spacious, open plan barn conversion, it allowed us to interpret each product slightly differently and to capture the essence of the furniture.

Not only did we capture stunning new imagery for The Dormy House, we took this opportunity to also create content for their social media platforms. We covered many seasons and events that happen throughout the year and we can’t wait to see these drop throughout the year! No sneaky peaks of these yet I’m afraid.

Two days were all we needed to bring our new ideas to life, along with our handpicked team of photographers, stylists, set builders, art direction and production. Each person plays such a huge and important part of every shoot, being on location always comes with its challenges however with a crew like ours, anything is possible!
